We also specialise in data centres preparing technical feasibility/viability studies for clients who want to buy prospective sites. In addition, we provide independent forensic civil and structural advice, along with specialist structural surveys for the residential and commercial markets.

NETWORK RAIL INTERFACE
Specialist Consultancy Services
Assemble UK provides clients with an expert engineering team equipped with diverse skills to navigate the Network Rail approvals process. We provide experienced Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) and Contractors Responsible Engineers (CREs) throughout the GRIP process which covers early concept/front end, AIP and detailed design with pre-construction services, right through to the construction stages of the project. We work collaboratively on contractor designed elements such as temporary works. Through AssembleUK, we leverage our knowledge to mitigate risk for both the client and operational railway, whilst managing the approvals process to tight programmes .
We work along side and support landowners, developers and Main Contractors to streamline the approvals process and maintain programme.

Pre-Construction Advice
Providing focused data centre engineering services including feasibility/viability studies for land acquisition, master planning, technical and quality specification reviews ,Pre-construction services agreements (PCSA's) which cover technical due diligence, technical submittals and expert civil and structural advice such as temporary works. We specialise in integrating technical and quality specifications to ensure compliance with client and end user needs.
We offer expertise in BIM, operational as built models and second opinions to rationalise designs.
CIVIL/STRUCTURAL SURVEYS
Residential and Commercial Use
Providing focused structural advice to clients in the form of reports tailored to suit their needs. This can range from advice on removing walls to assessing the structural adequacy of the property to obtain approval from the mortgage lender, both residential and commercial. We also provide structural advice on matters pertaining to party wall, providing clients with solutions to support party wall applications.
